Do you run a credit check?

No. We never run a credit check. All you need is a valid ID and our quick 2-minute application.

How fast can I get a car?

Most applications are reviewed within a few hours. Same-day approval is available, and many renters are on the road the same day they apply.

Can I drive for Uber, Lyft or DoorDash?

Yes. Your rental comes with road compliance insurance that covers liability for personal use and gig platforms like Uber, Lyft and DoorDash.

What does the insurance cover?

Coverage is for damage to the rental car. A $1,000 deductible applies if a claim is made, and it does not cover medical or personal injury, so we recommend keeping your own personal insurance. Full details are in our Rental Agreement.

What maintenance is covered?

For long-term renters, we cover basic maintenance: oil changes, wipers, air filters and cabin filters. Damage such as blown tires or damaged wheels is the renter's responsibility. Long-term rentals also get a safety inspection every 30 days.

What does unlimited local mileage mean?

Drive as much as you need within New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island with no per-mile charges.

How does roadside assistance work?

Every rental includes 24/7 roadside assistance. For a flat tire, jump-start, lockout or breakdown, call our support line and we'll send help.

How does pickup work?
